Relive your precious memories of every step with this souvenir

Participants in the 2011 Jeju Olle Walking Festival will receive a very special souvenir. At first glance, it looks like just another bandanna. But as the festival progresses and while you walk the course trails day-by-day, the bandanna is sure to become a symbol of your precious memories from the festival.

Remember that the bandanna will also serve as the participant’s ID. Only those who wear the official bandanna can participate in the festival and walk on those festival courses.

The 2011 Jeju Olle Walking Festival has a variety of programs including performances and individual village events on the course trails. Each program gives out a beautiful and unique badge or ribbon or other small symbolic item to participants who stop by their programs. The more venues you visit on the trails, the more items and memories you’ll collect. Put them on your bandanna and personalize it with memories of the festival.

Remember that the bandanna and the symbolic badges and ribbons, among other items, are special gifts that only registered participants are eligible to receive. We hope you will truly enjoy the 2011 Jeju Olle Walking Festival, where walking is a joy and love can be felt at every turn of the trails.

If you collect at least five badges, ribbons or other symbolic items from the trail events and performances, the 2011 Jeju Olle Walking Festival will give you a special gift at the finishing point of each course. If you walk all four days of the festival trail courses, you will be able to collect at least 24 items. Put them on your bandanna and take them with you for a lasting memory.

Participants who make reservations online can use a shuttle bus service at a reduced fare for transportation between Jeju City and the festival sites (one-way it is 2,000 KRW); for the shuttle service within the Seogwipo area there is no charge.
